      Almost a decade ago, I relocated to the Alabama Gulf Coast after living in Denver, Colorado, where I owned and operated a successful advertising photography studio for over twenty years. My career in advertising has provided me with the profound experience I draw upon today when photographing families, children and weddings on the beach. The white sand beaches and beautiful natural lighting provide such a wonderful backdrop for family portraits and beach weddings, yet the coastal environment may create challenges that demand the best from even a seasoned professional photographer.
